Life is too short to wake up with regrets.
So love the people who treat you right.. Forget about the ones who don't.
Believe everything happens for a reason.
If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Snow Snow and yes more Snow

Well I woke up this morning to you guessed it more snow. So what did I do you might ask? Well I went right back to bed and covered my head with the covers. Well until I knew I had to get out to start the day. Snow on Christmas day is one exception I have though. Well this year was a different story. We had so much snow we couldn't go anywhere. And to make matters worse the power went out. ALL DAY! So we were stuck in a cold dark house until we finally decided to brave the roads and went to get gas for the generator. We got back with the gas started the generator, rigged up the heater so we could get warm, brought down some food to start cooking and low and behold the power comes back on. It wasn't even 30 minutes after we got back with the gas. If I would have known that was what would bring the power back on I wouldn't have waited so long. Above are two pictures from outside my front door on Christmas day.

Tiara, Clint, and M'Mili

My two beautiful daughters. We were in Utah for a visit when my sister-in-law had us pull over to take some family photos. It was fun. So glad we did cause these are the only family pics we have.

The Beginning!

It all started about 11 years ago. I moved up North to work at La-Z-Boy. There I met my soon to be Mother-In-Law. She introduced me to her soon and that was all it took. He had two beautiful daughters from a previous marriage. She doesn't have much to do with them. Their names are Tiara and M'Mili (you say it Emily) They truly are great kids. We lived in Utah for about a year after we married then decided to move to Washington. He got a job doing maintenance at a Apartment community. So we had a place to live and he had work. That alone was the best part. After about a year we thought hummm California sounds like a nice place. We had relatives living there and well it was sunny a lot more then it was in Washington. So we moved to Oceanside CA. (If my family had their way we would be there right now) After about 3 years we found that we truly did love Washington so you guessed it we moved back. After living there for about 6 months we decided to start a construction company. Well with the economy being the way it is everything just went down hill and fast. I was getting home sick and wanted to be by family so we packed up yet again and made the trek back to Utah. I forgot how badly I hated SNOW!!
